Dr. Victor Alfaro

Hello, Eagles!

I am honored to serve as the Principal of Amon Carter-Riverside High School and lead such an incredible community of students, educators, and families. My journey in education has been shaped by a deep passion for learning and a commitment to student success. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Brownsville, a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton, and proudly graduated with my Doctoral Degree from Texas Christian University in 2024.

Throughout my career in the Fort Worth Independent School District, I have had the privilege of working in various roles—from teacher to Principal—each reinforcing my belief that every student has the ability to learn, grow, and achieve greatness. I am dedicated to fostering an environment of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity, ensuring that every Eagle has the support and opportunities needed to soar.

Let’s make this year one filled with success, growth, and unforgettable achievements!

Mrs. Irma Natoli

A graduate of FWISD, Mrs. Natoli is entering her 30th year of service with our district.   She completed her Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and her Master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. 2023-2024 will be Mrs. Natoli's 13th year at Carter-Riverside high school.  She looks forward to working with the entire Carter community to ensure our students receive every opportunity to be engaged in learning in every class, every day.

Dr. Stephanie Berry

Stephanie Berry earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Texas Wesleyan. She has over 20 years of experience in education with 15 of those years with Fort Worth Independent School District. She has had the opportunity to serve students and campus/district staff in K-12 as a secondary mathematics teacher, curriculum writer, instructional coach, assessment and data analyst, and assistant principal. Her passion and heart are in K-12 education, and she stands on the shoulders of great educators who she attributes to building her capacity in the field. Her love of education is supported by some pretty important people in her life: her husband, Brian Berry, and two fabulous daughters, Nicole (12) and Christina (6). Ms. Berry is excited for what the future holds at Carter Riverside High School, the impact she will have the opportunity to make, and the impact the campus, students, and staff will make on her.
